Shipping Policy

All items offered on Uniquecustomhub are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Given our global network, the delivery times may vary. Please bear with us, as this is a part of our commitment to work with a diverse range of artists and suppliers.

We utilize a variety of shipping carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Postal Services to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

DELIVERY
We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 3-10 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Estimated delivery date(s) will appear in the checkout when ordering. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and select international destinations.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We calculate the appropriate shipping charges based on a number of factors, including time of year and delivery location. The amounts below can be used as a general guide for delivery charges. Charges are based on the number of addresses items are being sent to. Once we have all of the delivery information, we'll calculate the actual charges and display them on the final page of the checkout process, so you can fully review them before submitting your order.

Standard Delivery: $9.99 - $35

Please note:

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders with standard shipping methods.
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
3. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
4. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.

Order Tracking:
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address:

• We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as all of the items would be destroyed right after they come back to the manufacturer's warehouse)
• Please be noted that replacements for these cases will not be free of charge so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
